This towel fabric was found at a cash wholesaler in a towel producing region in northern India. The liners are made from unwanted, harshly patterned fabrics and bed linens from Indian sewing factories. Air cargo nylon belts and used industrial belts that have exceeded their useful life are used to reinforce the handle. “We found some used belts that were used to secure the luggage in the air cargo of various companies. It is believed that these belts were disposed of after their useful life and passed on to the local market. Normally, air cargo is subject to strict safety rules and regulations, and even if it looks usable, it is supposed to be disposed of. However, they are still usable for normal daily use. We believe that it is our role to make good use of them. We don't know when they will be available, and they require a lot of processes, such as cleaning and sorting. It is very inefficient, and systematic production is difficult. It is a material that major companies would never touch.“

The inner liner will be assorted. The color may transfer to other items such as clothing due to friction or use in damp conditions. Due to the characteristics of the material, fluff may come off easily and adhere to other items such as clothing. The fabric may have some fraying.
