We will dispatch your orders within next two business days from the date that we receive your order, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
The expedited shipping method delivery time do not include order processing time. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Orders are processed from San Francisco, California. Residents of California will pay 8.5% state tax on their purchase.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. If any product in your oder is not available or delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
A signature is required upon delivery unless you request otherwise at checkout. 3standardstoppage is not responsible for shipping loss of theft.
We use UPS for shipments. Shipping rates depend upon order amount and shipping method you choose at checkout.
10-15 business days will be expected to receive international orders from the order date.
For international shipping, a customs duty will be charged depending upon country you reside. 3standardstoppage is not responsible for the payment of duty. By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices and we must adhere to all international import/export laws.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on both the original and return shipments, and the cost of returning package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
All international orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with original tags intact.
We kindly ask that items are returned in their original boxes (if have), with a separate shipping box.
Items purchased on full price are acceptable for refund, exchange or store credit.
Items purchased on sale or with a sale code are acceptable for exchange or store credit only. Any item marked down 30% or more is considered Final Sale.
All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order. All sales are final after 10 days of receipt.
3standardstoppage hold the right to deny refunds and exchanges if the items returned do not meet our return policy requirements.
HOW TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN
Please email customer@3standardstoppage for a return authorization number (RA#) prior to sending a return or exchange.

Returns must be sent prepaid. Please email the tracking information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3standardstoppage is not responsible for returning shipping costs, shipping loss, theft or damage of returned items.
Your return will be process as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.
We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
STORE RETURN POLICY
Items in new condition with all original tags and boxes attached may be exchanged or receive store credit within 5 days of purchase.
The original sales receipt for the current selling price is required.
Only store credit, no refunds. Store credit is valid for 90 days after purchase.
Any item marked down 30% or more is considered Final Sale.
