RETURN / EXCHANGE / CREDIT / PRIVACY POLICY


We do not accept returns for refunds. As a small, independent store with a dedicated but limited team, we appreciate thoughtful and intentional shopping. We encourage customers to make considered purchases to avoid unnecessary returns, which take time and energy from both our business and our customers.



  • Returns are accepted only for exchange or store credit on full-price merchandise within seven days of purchase or delivery.
  • Shipping, customs costs, and credit card fee are non-refundable.
  • International orders (outside the U.S. 50 states) are final sale.
  • Final sale items include:
    • Sale, discounted, special order, pre-order, and layaway items
    • Jewelry, accessories, vintage, fragrance, bags, hosiery, swimwear, intimates, sunglasses, artworks, gift cards, and books
  • All exchanges are final and cannot be returned or exchanged further.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with receipts, dust bags, tags, and/or boxes intact.




Return Authorization Required



  • Exchanges/Returns must be approved by Bungee Space by 3standardstoppage before shipment. Contact us for return authorization prior to sending any merchandise.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense.





SHIPPING

 

  • Orders are dispatched within two business days from the date of receipt, Tuesday through Saturday (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Expedited shipping does not include order processing time. Transit times apply to business days only and do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Orders are processed from New York, USA. New York State residents are subject to an 8.875% sales tax.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • If any item is unavailable or delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.
  • A signature is required upon delivery, unless you request otherwise at checkout. Bungee Space by 3standardstoppage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • We ship via UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx, with rates based on order value and selected shipping method.
  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $400.





INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

  • International orders are expected to arrive within 10-15 business days from the order date.
  • Customs duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Bungee Space by 3standardstoppage is not responsible for duty payments.
  • By law, we cannot alter the value of an order on commercial invoices and must comply with all international import/export regulations.
  • If you refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for:
    • The original shipping charges
    • Any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred for both outbound and return shipments
    • The cost of returning the package
    • These amounts will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
  • All international orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx.  





HOW TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN

 

  • Email customer@3standardstoppage.com for an return authorization number (RA#) before sending any returns.
  • Send returns to our NYC warehouse:

  • Bungee Space by 3standardstoppage is not responsible for return shipping costs, shipping loss, theft, or damage of returned items.
  • Returns will be processed as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.





STORE RETURN POLICY


  • The original sales receipt is required for any exchange or store credit.
  • Only store credit is offered—no refunds.
  • Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • Bungee Space by 3standardstoppage reserves the right to deny exchanges or store credit if items do not meet return policy requirements.




PRIVACY POLICY 


Bungee Space by 3standardstoppage does not disclose customer information to third parties.
All personal information provided during registration is used solely to:

  1. Process your orders
  2. Contact you regarding a specific transaction
  3. Notify you about new products, features, or special promotions
