California Dream is a book made up of drawings based on the memories and trips the artist had accumulated so far and based on his childhood.
SW.Kim spent his childhood in California and missed the memories for a long time after returning to Korea. More than 25 years later, in 2022, he visits the lands in his memory, but realizes that the memories are no longer there and proceeds with the California Dream drawing project. This book is a collection of some of his hundreds of unconscious and quick-witted line drawings.
