This booklet compiles a recent body of Élise Ory's textile research. Structured through variations in format and paper, the publications organizes the content into distinct typologies. These include source materials—such as ancient domestic textiles, cyanotypes, personal correspondence, and screenshots from digitized Super-8 films from the late 1960s—as well as documentation of a textile collection modeled by Anastasia and Farès.
Interspersed throughout the publication is a textual contribution titled The Power of Flowers, Dialogue from One Room to Another, co-written with art historian Lucile Encrevé. The text examines the relationship between floral motifs and textile practices.
