ACÚDUS is an ongoing photographic diary zine project. Originally planned as a biannual zine, the project was interrupted by the onset of the pandemic following the release of the first issue, which was printed shortly after Acudus moved to the US.
The excitement of being in the city is clearly seen in the second one, with images of party scenes and snapshots of every corner of New York. The second issue was published October 2022. It includes images of daily life, social movements that I participated in over the past two years, and portraits of my growing chosen family.
