Monster Mesh: 3D Modeling for Beginners | July 17, 2026, 7-9 PM

Join us at Bungee Space on July 17 at 7 PM for Monster Mesh: 3D Modeling for Beginners, a hands-on workshop led by digital artist Brendan Page.

In this workshop, Page will guide participants through creating their own virtual monsters using the free 3D modeling software Blender. The session covers the fundamentals of 3D modeling and introduces many of the essential tools used in nearly every Blender project. Artists of all skill levels are welcome, no prior 3D experience is required!

Class size is limited to 10 participants. To sign up, use the link via poster and choose your price (sliding scale: $15–25). So if you're interested, be sure to reserve your spot!

Before the workshop: *Please bring a laptop with Blender already installed.* Participants are also encouraged to spend a little time getting familiar with navigating Blender (panning, orbiting, and zooming).

Brendan Page is a designer and printmaker living in Detroit.

He is an assistant professor at Wayne State University and cofounder of the Risograph press Each and Every.

Through his practice, he misuses digital tools like photogrammetry software and video game assets to create images of 3D models that lie somewhere between the digital and the real.
